Carline Eustache, MBA, MSW

Carline Eustache is a dedicated and passionate social worker with over 20 years of experience in the field. Armed with a Master’s degree in both Social Work and in Business Administration, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her work. Throughout her career, Carline has demonstrated a strong commitment to assisting clients in developing healthier and more positive life choices. Her areas of specialization include mental health, case management, and social advocacy.

With a wealth of experience in diverse settings such as nursing homes, residential treatment centers for juveniles, and community organizations, Carline has honed her skills as an Empowerment-focused social worker. She works tirelessly to integrate clients into their communities, build relationships, and create safe, positive, and caring environments.

Carline’s strong track record of successfully building rapport and professional relationships with community resource liaisons has enabled her to create tailored care plans for the clients she serves. She takes immense pride in her ability to foster positive living situations and is known for her unwavering dedication to helping others.

As a proud mother of two teenagers, Carline understands the importance of balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Her multifaceted background and ongoing pursuit of knowledge reflect her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Clement Reid Jr., PMP

Clement Reid Jr. is a Certified Project Management Professional with a diverse background in industries such as healthcare, food service, and alcohol beverage distribution. With a proven track record of successfully supporting large, complex multibillion-dollar organizations, Clement excels in creating and tracking project timelines, managing project teams, and overseeing budgets and project deliverables.

Prior to his career in project management, Clement proudly served in the US Navy as a Culinary Specialist aboard the USS Enterprise CVN-65. This experience instilled in him the ability to provide nutritious meals for hundreds of sailors daily, which laid the foundation for his subsequent civilian role as a Food Service Director in healthcare. In this capacity, he directed and supervised a team serving senior-care facilities and hospitals, ensuring the delivery of healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for patients and staff three times a day.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Clement is a devoted family man, volunteers as a youth sports coach, and has a passion for cooking and traveling.
